Courtney received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Northwestern University.
